BORSHCH
It’s a traditional Ukrainian meal.
Ukrainians eat borshch every day, because
it’s very tasty appetizing and substantial. Ukrainians eat it every day
also because it is quickly prepared. It’s also cheap in the preparation. Also
it’s very healthy. All people in the world know us because we have beautiful
kitchen, and the most popular our meal is a boeshch.
Borscht is a soup of Ukrainian
origin that is popular in many Eastern and Central European countries. In most
of these countries, it is made with beetroot as the main ingredient, giving it
a deep reddish-purple color.
Composition
to 5 liters of water
meat - 600-700 grams
potatoes - 2-3 pcs
beetroot - 1 small piece,
onions - 2 pcs
carrots - 2 pcs
tomato paste - 2 tablespoons
tomatoes - 2-3 pieces,
bulgarian peppers - 1,
cabbage,
greens,
a little piece of old bacon,
1 clove of garlic,
salt
to 5 liters of water

Preparation
1)Meat wash, put in a saucepan, cover with cold water
and cook until
done. Cut into cubes potatoes, and put into
the broth.
2)In a frying pan fry
the beets, cut into strips. Add the onion,
diced, and carrots. Fry until golden brown. 3)Add the
tomato paste and tomatoes grated. In tomatoes,
pour a glass of broth.
There also add the Bulgarian pepper, diced. Meanwhile, cut cabbage. Potatoes almost ready.
4)Give simmer for 5 minutes and then,
take a tiny piece of old bacon and chive and crush in a
mortar, and throw in the soup. Immediately turn
off.
